Worked Surface   A weaver, potter and furniture maker return to Jointure to showcase new collaborative work

This exhibition explores how hand, eye and tool work together to create texture and detailing to the finished surface

Come and meet the makers to explore the techniques and materials used to create contemporary craft

Makers include:

Petrel Furniture   Petrel Furniture use British woods, to create elegant, pared down designs, full of beautiful details

Emily Mackey   Textile designer/weaver Emily specialises in using traditional hand weaving skills and wonderful native breed British wools to create cushions, rugs and throws

Chris Keenan   Potter: Chris works with porcelain and a restrained palette of glazes to create work for domestic spaces – pots to be used; pots to be handled; pots to be looked at

Patricia Crowther.  Contemporary intimate abstract paintings using a subdued palette in oils and mixed media
